Guanglei Steel Structure has developed the first fully automatic gas cutting machine arm for steel structures in China based on the characteristics and practice of the robotic arm. It is suitable for the assembly and gas cutting of light steel structural components and multi-layer steel structural main and secondary beams, perfectly demonstrating the advantages of precision, accuracy, and speed.

The company has established scientific research bases with Shandong Jianzhu University, Shanghai Tongji University, design institutes and major scientific research institutions, integrated various technical data, combined with its own situation, went deep into the grass-roots level to continuously study, improve and upgrade equipment, and obtained 24 national scientific research patents.

Production strength

Guanglei Steel Structure has invested a large amount of manpower and material resources to launch fully automatic welding robots, plasma gas cutting machines, fully automatic bolt ball equipment, and fully automatic paint spraying equipment, achieving an automated production mode for steel structures, making components move towards standardization and precision, and officially linked to Industry 4.0. In order to improve the production quality of bolt balls, enhance the intelligent level of production, Guanglei Steel Structure has established a smart factory with high adaptability, high Resource efficiency and high applicability, launched a fully automated bolt ball processing center, and fully realized the 100% qualification inspection standard for bolt ball products.
